Comes with:
a Raspberry PI + micro sd card configured to run the Magic Mirror software, a free software located here: https://magicmirror.builders/ in its default configuration on the raspian platform (a flavor of linux) this software can be buggy, but a simple restart will usually fix it. (Sometimes I have to restart mine twice)
+ 1 hour on site to configure the modules to your location and a basic tutorial. (any assistance after initial configuration and tutorial will incur an hourly wage @ $40 per hour)
Plugs, cables and a generic wireless keyboard/trackpad (supply your own and take $30 off the initial square foot price)
some manner of display behind a 2 way mirror mounted inside a custom enclosure. (Dependent on size desired, but included in pricing rates below)
$300 For the first 2 square feet, then $100 per additional Square foot. (So, for a 4 square foot mirror, total cost would be $500)
